A polymer clay addict
Mélodie
Mélodie discovered polymer clay in 2003 and has been happily making her beautuful jewellery ever since. She learned how to master the various techniques and quickly started selling online, becoming professional in 2013.
Before her online success with her clay creations she was a florist and loves making different flowers and experimenting with prints.
“I never got bored of polymer, because it allows me to fully express myself and create a great variety of styles !”

Inspirations in Wonderland
As you can see from the pictures below, Mélodie's inspirations include stained glass, Mexican culture and soutache. She is also interested in second hand vintage, kitsch and glitter and this is reflected in the style of her designs.

Statement earrings, bookmarks and broaches
Her creations are split into five categories: pieces inspired by nature; pieces with prints; special jewellery for weddings; soutache (or beaded jewellery using polymer clay beads); and jewellery inspired by stained glass.
The scope of Mélodie's work is large enough for you to find something you love, or that special gift.
You can see her full collection on her website.

What is polymer clay?
Polymer clay is a type of modeling clay. Although it does not usually contain clay materials, it is worked like mineral clay: Mélodie works it by hand before putting it into the oven to harden.
“Superbly original creations! It's a real pleasure to go out and strut my stuff! It's not unusual for me to be stopped in the street by people complimenting her jewellery. As for the designer... she's so kind, a sweetheart. I love her world!”
