Inspired internationally - made in France
Marguerite
Marguerite started making jewellery in 2016.
After enjoying an erasmus program she spent three months in Rotterdam on an apprenticeship with Ralph Bakker learning his techniques on contemporary Dutch jewellery.
She then did a second apprenticeship in Munich with Attai Chen and Carina Shostary and started 'le biso' in 2020. Prices start at 10 euros.
Clean and simple shapes
Inspirations
Marguerite loves to explore the relationship between organic and urban forms.
She often finds inspiration while walking and especially enjoys using parts of elm trees.
Small series or custom made pieces
Techniques
She sculpts silver plates, wire or melted silver.
When she finds inspirational objects in the wild she sends then to a smelter who makes a silicon mold from the object. She then uses the mold to make unique pieces.
This bracelet was made from the mold of a larch tree branch.
Perfect handmade gifts or unique pieces for yourself

She speaks English as she lived in Ireland for a year.
