Holiday activities
For those on holiday - Sebastien can propose classes using recipes for which an oven isn’t necessary.
Please bear in mind that for some fine patisserie like ‘pate a chou’and ‘genoise’ a good oven is necessary.
Prices for individuals or groups
Sebastien doesn’t speak English, so come with a translator on your phone!
