Clapas chocolate
As well as stocking other brands of chocolate, candied fruit and milkshakes, the staff at Amandeous handmake and sell their own chocolate, the 'Clapas'.
The story
Clapas chocolate was created in 2003 and is handmade using pure chocolate, almond cream and crispy rice. It is available in black, white or milk chocolate.
Clapas is an occitan term meaning an accumulation of rocks and refers to the origin of the site of Montpellier.
