Angéline
Angéline Clermont has been a master glassmaker since 2003 and is the founder of the Atelier de Vitrail in Montpellier.
Her father was a master glassmaker and her mother an Italian stylist. Angéline has succeded in combining both parts of her family heritage through her artistic creations.

As well as giving courses, Angéline handcrafts contemporary creations and restores old stained glass windows for public or private commissions.
She masters traditional techniques from the Middle Ages using lead and stained glass and more recent techniques such as Tiffany or glass slabs.
This range of skills allows her to work on a wide span on projects; from creating a contemporary abstract stained glass window for a villa's bay window to restoring old figurative stained glass windows for heritage conservation projects.
