From goats cheese to rum!
Cédric and Nathalie
Cédric and Nathalie used to make delicious goats cheese from their warehouse in Baillargues. After many years caring for the goats 24/7 they needed a new project where they could have holidays and weekends, but still wanted to continue manufacturing a high quality product by hand.
So, in 2021 they changed their livestock building into a rum distillery. They use seasonal, organic fruit and organic sugar cane from Cuba.
They work together to mix the molasses by hand before using the distilling machine, then bottle by hand.

“I used to buy Cédric and Nathalie's goats cheese and was disappointed when they closed. Happily the disappointment was short lived because we now have a wonderful local rum distillery. I've tried a few of the rums, but came home with 'le flamant rose' which is sweet and mixes well.”
